Do We Have Broadband Maps?

Today we have very highly advanced mapping systems. The Internet based Mapping has given boost to mapping technology and it continues to grow. I can zoom on in most locations of the world.
But where is our broadband map? Although FCC have some data on broadband availability, FCC does not have a comprehensive data on availability and data, yet there policies made everyday that impact the broadband availability.
Individual States like Kentucky has already developed maps. (Click on the above map to see a large version of the map). California is supposedly developing one according the Cisco High Tech Policy Blog article that made me think about this.
The Ideal Map would show us where broadband is available and the speeds (Some people think those old ISDN (128K) services are broadband) and available providers.
