$450 Xiaomi Mi9 beats the $1100 iPhone XS Max, in the photo and video department



Xiaomi is a famous phone maker in China that is a competitor to the iPhone. Xiaomi Mi 9 has beaten  iPhone XS Max in style, in the latest round of camera comparison by DXOMARK. Comparing the new Xiaomi Mi9 and the iPhone XS Max, DxOMark ranked the Xiaomi higher, with the 107 overall score compared to the iPhone’s score of 105.
DxOMark says that the Mi 9 is the best Xiaomi device they’ve tested so far. It scored 112 points for photo and 99 for video. For comparison, the iPhone X Max scored 110 points for photo and 96 for video.
In its extensive benchmark and review, DXOMARK presents very valuable points when you are choosing a phone (or a camera, lens as well). It is very easy to see that $450 Xiaomi Mi9 beats the iPhone XS Max, which costs $1100 easily in the photo and video department. 

Stabilization while walking seems great too.

Huawei's Foldable Phone, Mate X, Has Only One Continuous Screen


Just as the dust is settling over the Samsung's  official revelation of the Galaxy Fold, the first commercially available phone / tablet with a foldable display, another one has popped over the horizon. It seems Huawei is getting ready to release their foldable Huawei phone, named Mate X. The first glimpse of it comes via a leaked banner. It was posted on Chinese social media and a via Twitter post, the banner on display at MWC 2019 shows the Huawei Mate X, the company’s first foldable smartphone. The Mate X is totally different from the Samsung’s concept of a foldable phone, Mate X  folds the screen outwards instead of in.
