New Rules, AT&T Version,

AT&T Wireless
AT&T has quietly revised its wireless plans to ban you from using video or audio from a fixed location or downloading movies, web broadcasting, telemetry and data acquisition (Photographs of Bar codes or simply photographs?)
Glad I did not see VoIP in the list.
Basically they are changing the plan you agreed to! So if you are sick with these and want to go to another carrier to get sick again, may be it is time to terminate the contract as terms have changed without informing the users directly. I am not a lawyer so better get in touch with one or your consumer advocate in your area before terminating the contract.
From AT&T via Public knowledge via Gizmodo

"This means, by way of example only, that checking email, surfing the Internet, downloading legally acquired songs, and/or visiting corporate intranets is permitted, but downloading movies using P2P file sharing services, customer initiated redirection of television or other video or audio signals via any technology from a fixed location to a mobile device, web broadcasting, and/or for the operation of servers, telemetry devices and/or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition devices is prohibited."
