Asterisk Release Galore At Asterisk Org

New Asterisk releases
Asterisk Dev Team has announced the general release of the second release candidate of, the release of, the first release candidate of, and the fourth beta of

Asterisk1.6.1.2 release eliminates a remote crash security vulnerability in the RTP stack, which announced via security advisory AST-2009-004, which was also released along with the release announcement.

All the release candidates and betas, contain a major re-work of the T.38 support in Asterisk (Fax for Asterisk). If any of you been experiencing problems with T.38 implementation in the 1.6 series, one of these release candidates might make you smile.
