EMC releases VoIP Tools, Smarts VOIP Performance Manager and Smarts VOIP Performance Reporter

If you got a VoIP platform and it is managed with Avaya Communications Manager, or Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified CallManager and Cisco CallManager. EMC got the thing for you to streamline your services. EMC's Smarts VOIP Performance Manager and Smarts VOIP Performance Reporter would allow companies to monitor, diagnose, and report, as well as provide alerts on all aspects of a system that may affect IP telephony services. This includes information about phone calls, telephone extensions, voice quality, availability of phone service and interconnections to telecoms providers.
EMC said that the software would also monitor call volumes, call quality and route patterns to help ensure service levels. Trend reporting and historical performance data is also provided. When it comes to locating troubles in your EMC's software analyses data from multiple sources in order to pinpoint the cause of IP telephony and IT infrastructure problems.
