Cisco Systems Chairman and CEO John Chambers To Address CES 2008, Leaders in Technology Dinner.

I will be at 2008 International CES, the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow, produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), as I have been doing for years. There will be a lot of fun and exciting stuff this year and I am just itching to go.
First I will be looking forward to hear Cisco Systems Chairman and CEO, John Chambers Key Note speech at the Leaders in Technology Dinner. Chambers’ address will kick off the annual Leaders in Technology Dinner, honoring the top policymakers instrumental in furthering technology innovation. The dinner is slated for 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, at The Venetian.

“John Chambers is an industry pioneer with a clear vision for the future of consumer technology. Under Chambers’ direction, Cisco continues to serve as the lead provider of networking solutions to connect consumers, businesses and government leaders across the globe,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO, CEA. “We are thrilled to have John speak at the Leaders in Technology dinner, as this group of policymakers is the voice responsible for the protection and progression of technology innovation.”
The Leaders in Technology Dinner is an invitation-only event; however, tickets can be purchased for $500. For more information on the Leaders in Technology Program, or to purchase tickets, please contact Jana Sievers at (703) 907-4351.
