Covergence and IBM Helps Enterprise Users Move beyond the "Islands of VoIP".

Covergence Session Manager, CSM, is designed help move Enterprise VoIP or Ip Telephony applications and solutions to move from disparate "VoIP Islands" in to a focused management methodology. Everyone is excited about bringing in Unified Communications solutions to their enterprises or providing such services to enterprises. I myself have come across bottlenecks in edge services, even on Internet2 network where bandwidth is not a problem (at the moment).
