SAN ANTONIO, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 4, 2008 - ATSI Communications, Inc. announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Digerati Networks, Inc., has partnered with a top tier European carrier to offer a VoIP service with global coverage that meets specific service level standards required by specialized operators. The new "Digerati Platinum" service with worldwide coverage was developed specifically for service providers directly serving the consumer or enterprise market.
