Qualcomm Wins Injunction Against Apple In Germany, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Off The Market.

While the iPhone ban in China is still a question, Qualcomm won a second injunction against Apple on Thursday in Germany. This injunction bans Apple from selling some iPhone models, iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 in 15 Apple retail stores in Germany in Germany that use chips from Intel and parts from another supplier, Qorvo.
The Apple stock remained without much reaction but dipped 2.5 percent as tech stocks overall took a plunge.
Both Qualcomm and Apple stocks gained a bit after hours. I do not know how the bending iPads will play in to this.
