Apple Allows Fake “Setup for Amazon Alexa" App To Rise To #6 Utility App, Would Apple Do The Same For A Fake Homepad App?

Snapvoip Update:
Well Apple App Store seem to have got it's act together, now the App, and the Developer, One World Software, has left the App Store. Good one Apple.

Setup for Amazon Alexa

We use the Apple App Store a lot since we have like 6 devices among us. We also tend to trust the App Store more that other App stores because of the strict quality control.
Apple seem to have dropped that when it came to the fake app, “Setup for Amazon Alexa". The app itself is a harmless as far as your data and credentials instead it loads you up with ads and keep you engaged long enough to show some ads until you shut the app down as it does nothing.
The developer of the app is One World Software, and if you see that name in the app store, run.

Here’s the description from “Setup for Amazon Alexa’s” App Store page:

We teach you how to correctly setup your device, and give you essential commands!

Features:

-Correctly setup the device

-Take control of the device, with different unique commands, found only on this app

If you are owner of a new Echo device either due to a purchase or a gift and if you like to set it up using your iOS device, install the real Amazon’s Alexa app for iOS and let the world hear your conversations.
