iPico Mobile SIP Client
The iPico SIP Mobile Client, the iPhone / iPod version of popular Pico SIP Client by mailvision allows iPhone and iPod Touch users to connect to a VoIP network over any available WIFi connection now. iPico enables users to place calls and send SMS either via VoIP Service Provides ( Free SIP Providers or commercial) or their own IPBX.

It also provides other iPhone call interface features like mute, hold and ofcourse the speaker phone.

The Vippie Softphone for iPhone by Voipswitch is specifically designed for iPhone and iPod. It can work with SIP servers and softswitch’s including the Voipswitch Solution.
The iPhone SIP Client supports g729 codec (also GSM, g722 and g711). In addition there is the VoIP tunnel client built-in enabling users to make and receive calls from blocked areas. The app is not yet in the iTunes App Store and until then you can get it if you have access to Cydia, basically for jailbroken iPhones. But I am very intersted about one feature; "Connectivity through WIFI, 3G, EDGE and GPRS"
