AT&T says it sold more than 1 Million iPhone 4s as of Tuesday. Again plugging in 4G in to the news with 4G speeds on HSPA+ network. If works right, it should be a fast network for iPhone users, before those limited data plans. We are waiting to hear about new data plan usage from users as well as the carrier.
This one million iPhone 4s sales has surpassed all previous iPhone launches, even those when the AT&T was the sole iPhone carrier in the USA.

This is my next ... is reporting that AT&T is working with Apple to add a 4G indicator in the status bar. Well the AT&T network HSPA+ does not really fall in to the true 4G category ("only WiMax 2 (802.16m, or WirelessMAN-Advance 2) and LTE-Advanced can technically be declared "4G"") but who is to stop making us laugh at AT&T in it's quest to be 4G, like other networks.
Prior to this Apple never bowed to carrier demands but now that Steve Jobs is not there, we might have different versions of iOS, because the 4G indicator requires modifications to iOS. I guess Droid wars now will be on equal grounds!

With such phones coming in to play, T-Mobile is also expanding it's 4G Network in to more than 100 metropolitan areas as well as working on doubling the network speed. I would love to have T-Mobile 42 Mbps 4G in my area soon.

If CES 2011 is any evidence of what may come in next few months, I think one of the major industries in the USA, TV content, will go everywhere. Everybody had models showing dual core phone to multi size tablets that will further enhance our mobility and watching everything in HD, from TV shows, movies to Teleconferencing. Again I saw the technology that can deliver it, ever increasing speeds of networks, like 42Mbps from T-Mobile or AT&T's self created 4G added to Verizon, clear and Sprint high speed pathways, that can deliver content. But something missing was the methodology to deliver content, I meant a standard to deliver steaming content to be clear as there are many methodologies to deliver streaming content, like Flash, HTML5, Microsoft's own and companies like Real. Perhaps H.264? Peter Csathy's guest post on Streaming Media (remember SightSpeed?) helped me to get my head out of the cloud, so I could join the year of the cloud, 2011 properly, regarding streaming Media.
