Motorola Atrix 4G To Get Gingerbread (Android 2.3.3) Update.

Motorola Atrix 4G To Get Gingerbread http://snapvoip.blogspot.com/
Looks like AT&T and Motorola are finally getting to deliver the Gingerbread (Android 2.3.3) update to the for the phone I want to have, Motorola Atrix 4G.
The update supposed to bring a whole slew of improvements but personally, I hope they keep the Moto Blur away!
Here is what Briefmobile had to say;

"The update will bring Android 2.3.3 to users on AT&T with a new and improved Motorola Blur skin. Sideloading will be enabled as per AT&T’s new ruling on the issue. Of course, Motorola’s packed some major features into this update including, but not limited to: overscroll glow, application grouping, re-built main applications, downloads management, an improved camera, better power management, a re-done keyboard, and some nifty new animations."

Nvidia Road Map Reveals Quad Core Tegra 3 Chip.

#Nvidia Road map Reveals #QuadCoreTegra #Tegra3 Chips. http://snapvoip.blogspot.com/
The NVIDIA Tegra processors that makes phones like Motorola Atrix 4G, LG Optimus 2X, powerful enough to be something like a portable computer, and the same chip is the brains of Motorola XOOM tablets,  looks to be getting even more snappier!
The seem to be on path for Tegra 3D and Tegra 3 Quad Core. Yes I want a Tegra Quad to power my Android Tablet. Also recent settlement between Nvidia and Intel allows Nvidia to integrate technology and have some funds to do so with accelerating initiative like Project Denver, incorporating ARM processors with Nvidia GPUs.
Either way, it looks like we will see very fast 720P phones and 1080P tablets by the years end and do things with the same that we do at out desktop computers, like playing games :)

Motorola is bringing its dual core Motorola Atrix 4G to AT&T. (AT&T 4G? yes, AT&T Mobility boss Ralph de la Vega said at the carrier's Developer Summit in Vegas today that he considers both LTE and HSPA+ to be 4G technologies, Yes my rump is red too) The Atrix 4G will the first AT&T dual core phone and comes with 1GB RAM and 16GBon board storage which could be expanded to 48GB.
The operating system is Android 2.2 Froyo with flash and HTML5 support. But the best part when you come home, you dock the phone on to it's HD Dock to charge and .... perhaps for the app they call webtop which will turn the phone into a smartbook.
