Joost is doing the exactly the same thing as skype, as far as the network is concerned. Now there is a lot of traffic on the network. I will run the analyzer some time next week to see actual usages.
In the mean time leave a comment and you will certainly be joosting.

If you have time to watch tv or movies on you rig try http://tv-links.co.uk/ I dout Its legal but its contained on some one elses servers fairly good selection you dont have to sign up for anything. If your willing to send a invite thanks hope I get a reply.
