Free Calls, Free International Calls, From Jajah For The Holiday Season

Kicking off one of the free holiday free call offers, Jajah Direct has something for every one. You can call one person and talk for one hour or you can call 60 people if you can keep talk time to one minute to each of them!
Ok let me put it in another way, you get one hour worth of free calls from Jajah Direct. So you will not be able to use excuses like oh I could not call you because gas prices were too high etc. You can even call your long lost cousin in Timbuktu, if you want to because the free offer extends to international calls as well.
So how do you use this one hour worth of free voip calls. It is pretty simple, (as use of Jajah has always been);
JAJAH Direct is very easy to use.

1) Simply dial a local access number where you live
2) Dial the number you want to call
3) JAJAH Direct connects you!

Please remember the calls have to be made on December 24 (12 am GMT) through December 25 (12 am GMT).

SoonR Brings QuickOffce to Mobile Desktop

Dallas, Texas - October 16, 2007 - Quickoffice Inc., the leading global provider of mobile office productivity software and services, and SoonR, a global leader in delivering remote access to computer files, applications and content across converged networks, today announced a unique partnership to co-develop a client server solution which enables remote access and the ability to view, edit and share desktop content directly from a user’s mobile device.

The service, branded ‘Quickaccess™,’ will provide busy on-the-go professionals with the ability to access and share their entire content library stored on their laptop and desktop computers, including Office™ documents, slide show presentations and images, directly from their mobile phone. Quickaccess eliminates the need to sync files to the phone and files can even be accessed when the computer is turned off. In addition, users can ‘push’ content from their phone to their PC with a seamless content management system. The service infrastructure will take advantage of SoonR’s AnyTime Access and secure storage capabilities, while Quickoffice will leverage its SVG-T technology and proven mobile client expertise. The result is a mobile client with Internet-based services that delivers elegant content management, unparalleled SVG viewing and network efficiency.

“We’re proud to announce this partnership with Quickoffice. With the company’s strong OEM relationships and vast distribution, we will be able to offer the Quickaccess service to literally tens of millions of users across the world,” said Patrick McVeigh, CEO of SoonR. “Quickoffice has years of mobile client UI experience and continues to provide users with award-winning software and services.”

“We are very excited to work with SoonR, with its carrier-grade infrastructure and easy-to-use service, to continue to provide users with the best interface for the next generation of mobile office,” said Alan Masarek, CEO of Quickoffice. “This collaboration will provide true anytime, anywhere access to a user’s content directly from their mobile device.”

The Quickaccess service will be available to Symbian™ S60 users in early 2008. Users will be able to purchase Quickaccess over-the-air via Quickoffice’s on-device e-commerce application. Additional platforms and distribution channels will be added later.

Moscow - December 10, 2007 - SPIRIT DSP, the world's leading provider of voice and video software engines, announced today that Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (Huawei), a leading provider of next-generation telecommunications network solutions to operators around the world, has licensed SPIRIT's TeamSpirit® 3.0 Voice Engine PC to offer the highest quality PC VoIP solution to its operator and service provider customers.

Global telecom solutions provider Huawei Technologies is one of the fastest growing suppliers of mainstream Next Generation Network (NGN) solutions in the world, serving 31 of the world's top 50 operators. Products and solutions of Huawei are deployed in over 100 countries and serve over one billion users worldwide. Being the top Chinese telecoms gear maker, Huawei expects contract sales to come in at US $16 billion this year, beating the company's previous target by nearly 7 percent, thanks to fast growth in overseas markets.

Selection of TeamSpirit Voice Engine PC by Huawei advances the adoption and widespread deployment of embedded Internet Telephony over IP networks for IMS/NGN. SPIRIT software enables broadband operators and service providers to quickly offer their subscribers an easy PC-download with a rich voice experience, backed by unprecedented quality and reliability.

FREE VoIP Calling With The "All Calls FREE "plan At Gizmo Project.

I have written earlier about GismoProject and Gizmocall before. Since then a bit more has happened at Gizmoproject. Version 5 of GizmoCall is out and adds;

  • Unlimited FREE calling Gizmo to Gizmo users.
  • FREE calling to landline and mobile phones using the All Calls FREE plan.
  • Chat with Windows Live Messenger, AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, GoogleTalk, and Gizmo users.
  • FREE voicemail and more.
But what is interesting in the All Calls Free Plan. Users NEW to the All Calls Free plan get 20 minutes of free calling simply by getting ONE friend to sign up for a new Gizmo account. There are no commitments and no hidden fees.
Although sounds like a marketing gimmick, I look at it in another way. Say if you are a Skype user and have bunch of friends wanting to explore other avenues of free calling for the upcoming holiday season, this would be a good way to check out the GizmoCall. Who knows, you might permanently switch over ;). f4324asddf4324asdd
I have both Skype and GizmoCall but on my only Windows Desktop, (a notebook actually) I have GizmoCall running all the time.
It also runs on my Nokia N810 flowlessly. It is awailable to PDAs and desktops. You can check out at Gizmo Project.
So to get started on All Calls Free plan;
1.Tell a friend to download Gizmo Project and have them add their phone number to their profile.
2. Add each other to your contact lists and you can call that person for FREE using Gizmo Project.
3. Be sure to make at least 1 Gizmo Project to Gizmo Project call per week or your free minutes will expire.

Don't forget to read All Calls Free Requirements

After 14 days or when your 20 free minutes are used up, users new to All Calls Free will need to follow the All Calls Free Active User Requirements to continue making free calls. All Calls Free active users can also receive up to 20 minutes of free calling per week! To learn more, view the All Calls Free Frequently Asked Questions
