Canada de-regulates VoIP

Uh-Oh Canada: You’re about to deregulate VoIP by ZDNet's Russell Shaw -- Yesterday, the Canadian federal government announced it would overrule that nation's CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Communications Commission) and de-regulate VoIP.
