We already know that Apple and IBM are inking out ways to get IBM’s enterprise mobile software for Apple devices. But Apple is not waiting for ink to dry. New site for "AppleCare For Enterprise" is up and touting the benefits of the program.
When you enter the site, you will notice that Genius' are gone and experts have stepped in, 'Our team of experts, side by side with yours.' and details help desk support, response time and broken device exchange programs.
Apple invites corporate customers to extend the the internal helpdesk service to that of Apple's for Apple related issues, hardware, OS and Apple Apps.The telephone support is available 24/7 and comes with an account manager. It also states that one hour response for urgent issues like production outage. The corporations can sweeten the deal with options like onsite hardware service for either two or three years after the purchase of devices for additional price. The cost for device replacement for as much as 10 percent of the iPad and iPhone hardware covered under the Enterprise AppleCare warranty.
So if the Apple iPad that you use behind Microsoft Surface 3 Pad breaks, Apple will deliver a replacement onsite. Sweet Macintosh.
