Gizmo5 Feels Home At Google (Voice)

When we reported that Google is acquiring Gizmo5 (Gizmoogle), without doubt, everyone agreed that it was best for everyone, Google, Gizmo5 and everyday VoIP users like you and me. Some people may disagree but it is the only way one can over come schemes by the likes of AT&T and Apple, who decided to deny millions of iPhone users, cost saving and day to day life enhancing products like Google Voice.
We knew about Google Voice since it was big, but what about all those small players, who did not fit into the form of AT7T or Apple?
But I am happy that Gizmo5 is at Google. I use both Gizmo5 and Google Voice and have been for years. My google Voice number was issued by Grandcentral even before Google acquired Grandcentral and the Gizmo5 is as old!
Since GrandCentral came into the folds of Google, it enhanced the product and we have Google Voice today. So the Gizmo5 will bring similar enhancement to the table.
For users of Gizmo5, there is not much difference at the moment, except;

Current Gizmo5 users will still be able to use the service, though we will be suspending new signups for the time being, and existing users will no longer be able to sign up for a call-in number.
